GA would be a huge innovation in marketing and known as a digital marketing. GA has two different stakeholders, on companies and their marketing department and the other one is websites users. First organizations may earn more money by more effective marketing model which can track their customers. Companies may be able to develop more efficient relationship with their customer by knowing what, when, and where they choose specific items; or by tracking their purchasing behaviour. It may seem much unrelated to the GA innovation but many of employees in marketing department may lose their jobs. Moreover, there is no information about easiness or complexity of the installation this methodology on companies’ websites. On the other side, there are customers. They would be very happy and more satisfied by receiving favorable and interesting offer, based on the information that the customer put on the website just by using the website, from a company. As some of IT innovation, GA would have some privacy issues. This would be necessary to create or determine an option for customers, which allows them to select tracking option or cancel; Unless, Google or some companies would receive penalty which would cost them significantly.

The step taken by google to replace Classical Analytical cookies with the Universal Analytical cookies is a really big transformation .Now google can predict what actually people want to buy and can sell this as a product in the market .With this step google can earn more profit which has no limits .Every internet user uses google in one way or the other .I think this can be a huge market for google .Today every other person leaves his imprints on internet and if google is able to track these down they might be the owner of the biggest dataset .The companies can profit a lot from these datasets and improve there products according to the consumers need .The decision making of the cooperate world would increase a huge amount .But it would be interesting to see how google manages the huge dataset ..

A Universal tracking ID is replacing the standard Analytics cookie. This technology will provide the client with infinitely more useful data than just the standard cookie. With the technology driven market focused on several access points, be it laptops, tablets or smartphones, this technology will allow all the data from multiple sources to be aggregated. Instead of just seeing the basic data of traffic to a website, the new protocol allows the client to follow a customer from the first visit to their site all the way to a primary transaction and even beyond that. The client can customize the data they want to analyze instead of being restricted to the boundaries of the old model. The reality in today’s market is that the more information you have, and the better tools you have to analyze that data gives companies distinct advantages. The older version of Google Analytics was suited for customers who used a computer. This new Universal Analytics can bring the wide array of customer devices together and utilize all the information. Applications have exploded in use and this has created a treasure trove of new information that companies desperately want to capitalize on. This new protocol gives business leaders a valuable new tool to customize the reports they generate to better tailor their business. Better information allows companies to more efficiently target their customer.

Google’s Universal Analytics Beta is replacing the previous analytics cookie. The new technology increases how much information is available to the company, in order to track which target market is the most profitable. The new measurement protocol accepts data from any device, anywhere. Whereas, the old protocol would only accept data from a computer though the analytic program. This new protocol allows for more flexibility with customers, and gives customers the option to customize their data. There is also a new tracking system with the new protocol, which allows businesses to see how customers interact with the brand, from many different locations. This allows the company’s to get better feedback, and they can design their websites and mobile sites to be more user-friendly. This new system allows companies to determine their valued customers, and work closely to meet their needs better. This cookie will allow businesses to perform better, build stronger customer relationship, and target their ideal market better. Companies using this technology will gain a huge competitive advantage, and this will most likely push more and more companies to use this same technology. If more companies use this, there will be more happy online customers.

Universal analysis is replacing the analysis cookie, enabling companies to effectively track their most profitable target market. Google is developing an effective way to track consumers using multiple devices to come up with the most accurate information. This new technology eliminates repetition and treats a single customer as a single touch point even when he or she is accessing the advertisement from multiple devices.
Google realizes that site traffic has a lot more to it than just a number: that number determines the success or failure of an advertisement. It has also removed the need for cookies completely. It has also shifted from session based analysis to a user centeric view. In addition to online interactions, Google can measure offline interactions as well. This indicated that Google is bent on delivering the most accurate and precise information about consumer behavior. Moreover it identifies various forms of advertising techniques like pay per clicks and even links within a PDF document.
As a former advertisement company, Google has really evolved to become a hub of innovation and originality. Hopefully this technology will help companies make better investments and save a lot of money. Investing money in the right direction on the right customers might just help companies succeed at a rapid rate.

Google’s Universal Analytics Beta is replacing the old standard analytics cookie. This new technology brings an increased pool of information to businesses to use as an effective resource. This technology is automatically updated to include all information from google users. Obviously, this will benefit business in their decision making because they will be more informed. Originally, this type of resource was only available to large corporations will a large budget for marketing research. The most significant benefit of this technology is that small companies will now be able to compete with corporations resulting in limitless stimulation of business and ultimately, the economy. Google’s new protocol allows for information to become readily and universally available. This will enhance companies marketing knowledge with limited cost. Expanding resources to this extent is going to allow for exponential growth for users. Google’s new protocol is following the trend of a more globalized society as information can come from anywhere and can be accessed by anyone across the globe. This advertising company has found a way to make technology more effective for users than software giants such as IBM and Microsoft ever have. Down the road, this protocol will show results in the small business sector by allowing small shops to compete on a global scale.

The universal analytic beta is replacing the well known standard analytic cookie, this new cookie uses a different collection method and involves the setup of a new code snippet on businesses websites. This means that a website that is offering a product for sale and engages in other activities as well is now able to have a clearer understanding of the data that is being received on their customers needs and requirements. By implementing this new cookie, websites are able to have accurate tracking of their customers, and are now more in sync with the customers that is not dependent upon the electronic device that they use to access websites. Companies are now able to focus their time and energy onto figuring out who their valued and dedicated customers are, thereby increasing their ability to differentiate between customers and allowing them to choose their products they advertise to each employee on a personal level. This also increase there accuracy because it enables them to tell the difference between a true customer, and someone who mistakenly clicks on the link, causing a ‘false alarm’. There is a customization feature as well that has increased the level of accessibility and help that is offered to the users of the website. This cookie will allow for business to perform at their best, and they will be able to be the best they can be based off of increased knowledge of their viewers.

The new Universal Analytics measures the digital world for businesses and helps them to focus more on how many visitors their getting, rather than how many visits their getting to their websites. The main difference between Universal Analytics and Google Analytics is the measurement protocol. The old measurement protocol required sending and collection of data from your computer through the Google Analytic program. The new measurement protocol will accept data from any device and from any point; for example from call center systems and point of sale terminals. It also allows businesses to choose what data they want to send and how they send it. They can also integrate Universal Analytics into other systems through common languages like Java and PHP or create their own libraries. There is also less coding which allows for wider dimensions when uploading data. This means that businesses are getting more data, more accuracy, and a better understanding of their marketing investments and performance across the digital world. Wherever Google is this will reach it, the dimensions are unlimited and will provide knowledge that will benefit businesses enormously. This is a platform that will help businesses to grow and to be able to target their consumers better.

The new tracking system uses universal tracking IDs as well. Analytics users can now also send their own data about their customers to Analytics. Google says this will help them see how users interact with their brand from multiple touch points phones, tablets, laptops and more. Given that this is a very customizable setup, they can also use this to incorporate offline interactions as well, which Google says can help businesses understand which channels drive the best results.lets you sync your own data from across various marketing channels, so you can discover relationships between the channels that drive conversions. This means that if companies want to add their own custom metrics from their offline marketing campaigns, store visits or even call center logs, that’s now an option. This will make things so much easier.

I the article, it say’s new businesses can follow customers from the first time they visit their website; this is very advantageous to the company because they are now able to focus and figure out who their true and frequent customers are; thereby making them to differentiate between people that mistakenly clicked on their website or are just browsing through it and those that actually purchased products from them.
Also, the customization feature that has been added will bring about great help to the technology users. Overall the universal analytic cookie will enable businesses to understand and achieve the best results.

    1. Universal tracking ID, which has the benefit of combining tracking data sets from different tracking sources, such as different websites, and maintaining universally unique records for each individual person being tracked.

    2. It allows for greater collection and dispersal of tracking information, so Google can collect more tracking information about people, and so businesses could potentially access that information as well. This could lead to Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Sugar, Salesforce, and Maximizer, showing a customer’s internet browsing habits inside their customer profile; this would allow for sales people to converse with their customers in a much more targeted approach.

As mentioned in the article, the combination of in-house customer data, such as transactional data, combined with their internet browsing habits, would let a business make more informed decisions on where to advertise online.
