    Cloud computing
Amazon Web Services (AWS) began offering IT infrastructure services to businesses in the form of web services — now commonly known as cloud computing. One of the key benefits of cloud computing is the opportunity to replace up-front capital infrastructure expenses with low variable costs that scale with your business. With the Cloud, businesses no longer need to plan for and procure servers and other IT infrastructure weeks or months in advance. Instead, they can instantly spin up hundreds or thousands of servers in minutes and deliver results faster.
    Low cost
AWS offers low, pay-as-you-go pricing with no up-front expenses or long-term commitments. We are able to build and manage a global infrastructure at scale, and pass the cost saving benefits onto you in the form of lower prices. With the efficiencies of our scale and expertise, we have been able to lower our prices on 15 different occasions over the past four years.
AWS is a language and operating system agnostic platform. You choose the development platform or programming model that makes the most sense for your business. You can choose which services you use, one or several, and choose how you use them. This flexibility allows you to focus on innovation, not infrastructure.

Amazon Web Services enable people to run their applications in the cloud, which means people get the benefits with low-cost flexible infrastructure with the ability to use their existing tools and skills to deliver sophisticated and scale applications. AWS gives clients complete control of their resources, so they can start building their app with the technology they are most familiar with. AWS also provides many virtual servers to choose from, so people can pick the kind server which is right for them. Besides, clients have the flexibility to choose the operating system language and tools. People just need to focus on making their web app great because AWS takes care of the work needed to run their operations, so they never have to worry about managing server closet, finding a cooperater, or building a data center running facilities and utilities. AWS makes building and scaling web application easier.
There are a lot of potential apps for AWS especially in small businesses and new companies because AWS provides businesses with low cost and many functions. Also AWS gives people access to vest amount of resources, so they do not have to have a big budget to have a highly available architecture that keeps their site running well.

AWS is a technology that allows businesses the ability to deliver web services and web applications. The ‘pay for only what you use’ model is a great advantage for businesses as it allows them the ability to control the cost. This is beneficial to start-up companies when funds tend to be lower. In addition, the services can be adjusted based on the demand. Another advantage is the cloud-computing component. This allows multiple users the ability to access the website from multiple locations. They are not limited to one computer in one office. This offers flexibility to companies. While public websites are an option, companies can also have the use of an intranet. This means companies can keep their information protected and secured.

This service is great for areas such as non-profit organizations. Funds are not always present which can limit what web services non-profits can afford. AWS allows non-profit organizations the opportunity to have a professional website without having to invest in the extra technology. In addition, it is also at a price that they can afford. This service is also beneficial for smaller companies as it gives them the same quality as the mega-companies but again, at a price that is more affordable.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a service which allows you to run applications in the cloud at a low cost. Multiple businesses are eligible to use this service, as it is a “cloud computed” application. It also provides a secure and stable server so resources are readily available for businesses to use, in a safe way. In a nutshell, AWS is used for businesses to create websites. These websites are then stored in the cloud and can be accessed easily without any hassle. This saves businesses money, because they do not have to purchase all the equipment to set-up their own server.

There are a lot of benefits to this potential application. It provides businesses with a low cost, and convenient method for setting up websites, and other on-line resources. Also with the security and safety of the “cloud”, no one will have to worry about their websites losing information. It also helps reduce costs because it manages your website when there is high, and low, traffic. There are many industries that this will benefit from this service. Most importantly, this service can be provided to people all over the world, which will allow it to have a global reach.

Amazon Web Services is an online service that allows anyone to run applications in the cloud. It is staggeringly scalable and low cost for customers. It is a bridge between ideas and the worldwide populous. By having access to resources in the cloudyou can choose to work with technology that you are familiar with choosing what types of servers, operating systems and tools you desire. AWS can even run it for you.

The best part about AWS is that you can focus on your application/ideas without worrying about running operations. You need not worry about servers and databases. Or maybe your not well versed in that technology – NO PROBLEM. They’ll do it for you. AWS is extremely quick, so your never waiting for deliveries of installs. AWS allows for choice in architecture without the big hands on costs. Making small budgets stretch farther, by auto scaling companies only pay for what they use.

I see AWS being used in many different applications but I notice how the true benefitters are those who cannot afford to do it for themselves. Small companies can benefit the most from from the low cost management of information and can take small operations to large operations without huge threats of expansion expenses.

Amazon web services (AWS) offers businesses to run their applications in the cloud. Taking advantage of AWS has many benefits like saving costs, flexibility and control over web apps. AWS also offers virtual servers, databases, access, storage, bandwidth, archives, and cache. Using AWS the business is able to use the same framework and/or systems and tools they are use to and more comfortable with. The awesome thing about AWS is having the ability to customize the servers as well as the operating system, language, tools, databases, web apps, and the resources are available right away instead of having to wait for resources, and/or pay for more resources. With AWS the users pay for what they use which is always a plus.

AWS has a lot of important applications and it definitely has the potential to benefit many businesses, organizations and even entrepreneurs . Whether businesses that are just starting out and/or very small businesses, but also businesses that are thinking about going technical. There are some old businesses that are transitioning into information systems and AWS seems like it would be very beneficial for them. AWS also has the potential to help very large businesses and organizations save time and money by using, and taking advantages of, the services and applications AWS offers.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud computing based web service that provides a number of reliable, economic, and intuitive features to consumers. Benefits such as low cost, flexible infrastructure, scalability, and even the ability to use one’s applications of choice, make Amazon Web Services a major contender in their target market. With such a large range of functionality and cost effectiveness, Amazon Web Services caters to businesses of any size, and could even be utilized for individual use. This is a crucial opportunity to entrepreneurs and small business specifically, as growing companies often have extremely limited cash flow to invest. Due to this, one can imagine that Amazon Web Services presents quite a substantial amount of value to said segment. As far as potential applications are concerned, I personally would deem them nearly endless. The sheer accessibility of not only the cloud computing idea, but Amazon Web Services utilization of the technology eliminates some of the most time consuming, expensive, and intricate web based issues that businesses face. A major driver behind these nearly limitless applications is that the service allows immense customization from the consumer, in order to fine tune the service and meet the needs of the business. And, while all of this is concealed in the “cloud”, it is out of sight and out of mind in the best of ways.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a product that is offered to business for them to manage and deliver their websites to customers at a low price. It allows the business to customize AWS to whatever will suit their business the best. This can include what server is used, the type of language used and how many people it will serve and when. It is a low cost option which is great for businesses to keep their costs down while being able to reach out to more customers. AWS can also increase productivity for a business because it frees up people who would have to maintain a traditional website.

AWS is very important I think because of the importance of having a website for your business. By having a website it allows your customers to have quick, easy access to your products and more info if they need it. AWS will be very important in the future for businesses that are only available online and do not have the traditional brick and mortar building. These businesses that are online will become more efficient by using AWS because it is managed by itself and can handle a huge influx of customers and slows down when people are not using the site as much. It also allows flexibility and low cost by the business only having to pay for what they use which is a great cost saver. I also feel that AWS will be important for any company that has a website and sells online. The main reasons are: low maintenance and low cost. This is a very neat idea and I think it will catch on and lots of businesses will use it.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is an online web service that allows anyone to run a website or application with minimal cost and skill levels. Although one may have limited resources, AWS uses tools that give users the ability to create sophisticated web apps at a low cost. This is important for small businesses who desire an advanced application but do not have money available to pay a marketing or IT company to create one.

AWS offers almost unlimited options for users wishing to customize. Users can pick the server that works best for them and their organization, be it small or large, if more RAM is needed, and so on. Users can pick the operating system, language, tools, and other features that work best for them. This customization is a massive advantage for AWS because it allows its customers to design their own system rather than choosing one that may not be perfect for their needs. AWS also aids in managing and building customers’ data centers, which can greatly lower stress on users’ whose skills in data management may have not been extremely high, or for those individuals who didn’t want the extra responsibility in managing databases.

Because this service is available online, there is a significantly higher level of convenience for users than having a person create applications for them. Users can experiment with new technologies and expand their applications without affecting current performance. Auto-scaling is available for systems to grow and shrink automatically with demand, and a “pay for what you use” pricing model is implemented in AWS, both of which continue to lower costs. These features all combine to become an extremely attractive tool for users looking to use whatever resources they have to create their own sophisticated sites and applications.

AWS is a way to generalize web needs for those who need only the basics; but it also acts as a major one-stop supplier for the big guys, ie Pintrest. From my understanding of AWS, the auto-scaling feature provides the best and most appealing innovation. The fact that a company the size of Pintrest uses and testifies to the use of AWS as opposed to outright owning any of their own servers shows its reliability and readiness for anything. This provides Amazon with a huge competitive advantage, and the service breaks something very complicated down in to a very basic, and possibly over simplified, explanation. Over simplified or not, this feature should be most appealing to new businesses. If you go viral and need a ton of servers, you don’t have to do a thing, nor do you have to make any long-term investments; and when nothing is happening, you don’t pay. Over simple, and very appealing. Also appealing is the duplication and back up of all. For any company starting out, the task of setting up a functioning network is daunting enough, but to then have to incorporate a fool proof contingency network in case of disaster and then have the ability to operate it while recovering information sounds like a good task to have a company as reputable as Amazon in charge of.

Amazon web services are a collection of computing services that provides businesses and organizations with a more effective and low-cost method to manage their website. Amazon web services are very flexible because they allow users to choose their own server, operating system, and tools that work for them and the data and can be stored on any database of preference. This is very beneficial because the company has a lot of choice in the specific aspects they would like to use. Amazon Web services provides access to a variety and vast number of resources, so a large budget is not needed to maintain the website. Also, AWS is very affordable for almost any company because they go by a pay per-use model; there are also no up-front costs, or long-term contracts, so any company can try Amazon Web Services risk-free. I think AWS would be very beneficial to have for many companies because it pretty much runs and manages the website, so it saves the company a lot of time and labour For example, managing the infrastructure for an organization can be very time-consuming for individuals; AWS makes this process a lot easier and can manage the infrastructure at a much faster pace.

Interesting idea by amazon to offer cloud services.

This system, which offers customizable solutions to any and all needs, is incredibly smart. Offering services from complete hosting to bare bones set up, Amazon hopes to corner the market on cloud services.

It is a bit strange it seems for an online business selling all things to all people regardless of location to jump into cloud/web services. However, the jump seems to have gone well. In 2012, it took over from a financial services dedicated branch of Nasdaq called FinQloud. This take over sent most components over to Amazon while shutting down others. By opening up to all business, gov. Organizations etc., the wide focus allows for Amazon to succeed where FinQloud may not have.

Soon, movements like this to a cloud based server system will be much more common and the server room of old, just a dinosaur. How long will this take? Who knows!

Amazon Web Services is an online web application that is available for companies of varying size and capabilities. Basically, AWS will assist a business in setting up and managing a website for a low cost fee. This is beneficial to many companies mainly because they run this system within the cloud and allowing AWS to run your website reduces the overall cost. Cloud computing is where a program or application runs on a connected server rather than on a computing device such a PC or smartphone. This makes information and data retrieval very simple for companies and protects it more than your PC or smartphone would. All of this is available for low cost, and pay only for what you use. Amazon Web Services really bridges the gap for computer illiterate managers who want to get their company on the internet while not charging the manager a fortune to get started. I think the industry would benefit the most from this program is sales. With the wide range of people that use the internet, sales of a company would definitely increase by using AWS as opposed to regular word of mouth marketing. For how simple it is to allow AWS to create and manage a website at a low cost, any average person with a big or small company can jump right into this.

This is beneficial to the businesses that Allow AWS to manage their websites because it reduces the overall cost, as well as it gives the business flexibility if they want to make any changes or adjustments to their website.

AWS is an extremely valuable asset for many companies. The fact that it manages your website for you, increasing capacity during times of high traffic, and decreasing in times where there will be low traffic flow such as when people are sleeping. This is extremely beneficial to all companies because you are automatically reducing costs, and whenever a company is able to reduce its overall cost it is able to increase its efficiency as a company. I believe that this service is beneficial for many types of companies, however companies that have a lot of data that needs to be stored and transferred such as a security company, etc. would have a lot to gain from this service

Amazon Web Services offers businesses the chance to use their website applications and services. It will help a business set up and manage a website while providing secure servers and cloud computing capabilities. This is important because it will allow many smaller business the ability to develop the same type of web system available to larger companies without the extra costs of purchasing and maintain all the physical components of web servers. These business owners will be able to load and store information remotely to Amazons servers while giving them the piece of mind that this information is secure and recallable at any time. These business owners can save a lot of time and money by using Amazons services to help them create and maintain a functional and professional website. Amazon Web Services really helps to open the door of the internet to manager who may not have time knowledge required to set up and run an effective website. I think the industries that would benefit the most from this program are sales and media. Someone could easily set up a new online paper or information site with the help of Amazon Web Services without having to invest a ton of time or money.

The AWS take cares of the website like running it and making sure that there are no delays in project timeline. It is important because it provides to its customer cloud computing which some say is the way of the future because it is low cost, very assessable, and like building blocks it is flexible meaning you can change the settings of it anytime.

I believe there are no limits for this type of service because what company doesn’t want cheaper cost for operating their websites and accessible from around the world. The potential for this application is endless because there are AWS service locations located all around the world which makes this beneficial to anyone with internet. An industries that this will add great value to will be companies that has a lot of data that needs to be transferred around the world at anytime.
